- Pay: $20.26–$22.84/hour
What You’ll Do
- Answer call queue questions, provide basic Title Express updates, and route callers to the correct team
- Create and send Total Loss Packets with state-required documents
- Call lienholders to obtain payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and copies of title
- Contact owners/insureds to explain the packet process and what will be sent
- Follow up with owners/insureds for missing or corrected documents
- Follow up with lienholders to secure required documents
- Send revised packets to owners/insureds as needed
- Meet internal cycle times and other auditable performance criteria
- Review incoming mail for compliance with state guidelines (Mail Approvals)
- Complete final file review and launch “Okay to Pay” to the insurance company
- Monitor and manage a shared inbox to complete tasks per policy, timelines, and contract obligations
- Handle additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ year of office/customer service experience
- High school diploma (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and basic office equipment
- Ability to identify and analyze vehicle title documents within company and state guidelines
- Ability to work with State DMVs and lienholder entities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic 10-key proficiency and basic math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently or with a team
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Valid driver’s license
