- Full-time, Remote (approx. 40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
- Act as liaison between lenders, customers, DMVs, and ELT vendors to resolve title issues
- Review and process all inbound title requests for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain original titles and paperwork for active accounts
- Release titles upon payment, process transfers, and support vehicle sales as needed
- Audit and track title details, responding to requests via email and phone
- Provide expert support and guidance on title-related questions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor’s preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in vehicle title processing, claims, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with 10-key entry
