What You’ll Do
- Onboard, approve, renew, and deactivate TPO partners, processing companies, and warehouse providers
- Deliver daily rate sheets to external partners and manage VA sponsorship processes
- Maintain master contact lists and ensure timely updates to TPO web presence
- Provide direct technical support to brokers and account managers, including phone and video assistance
- Support loan-level issue diagnosis, error resolution, and escalation as needed
- Execute bulletins, white glove processes, and training routines for new TPO partners
- Ensure all partner training needs are coordinated through Union University
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of mortgage industry experience (TPO/wholesale preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with business partners and consumers
