• Location: Remote (Japan-based, with occasional in-office in Tokyo)
• Employment: Full-time
• Language: Fluent in Japanese and English
• Certification: JSDA Sales Representative Class 1 (or obtain within 3 months)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide expert support to enterprise clients across Japan and the APAC region
• Troubleshoot order entry, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality
• Monitor trades for anomalies and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Guide clients through market developments and corporate actions
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Trading, Ops, IT, Compliance)
• Collect feedback and help evolve Alpaca’s tools and services
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years in brokerage, trading, clearing, or operations
• Strong customer support or trading desk experience
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and equities trading platforms
• JSDA Class 1 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and problem-solve
• Comfortable communicating in both Japanese and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused
