About the role

Based in Poland, we are looking for an action-oriented, creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and learning design. You must have a proven ability to convey concise messages through written communication and a passion for connecting learners to success.

The Customer Support Department consists of a global team focused on creating consistent above and beyond user experiences across all regions of product interaction via email, live chat and phone channels. As the Training Associate on the Operational Excellence Training & Development Team, you will develop & deliver a training curriculum that’s effective, interactive and engaging in order to achieve consistent and efficient onboarding and upskilling of our growing, diverse team. You will collaborate with leaders to streamline communication processes while integrating new program and product policies.

Additionally you will be responsible for rolling out procedures into a contact centre environment by providing the resources and structure to allow our global Customer Support agents to achieve delightful user interactions.

What you’ll work on:

  • Understand the entire online and offline Taskrabbit experience from A to Z and be able to inform of all site and policy changes as they occur accurately and articulately.
  • Design & create curriculums, considering best use of available resources
  • Support the roll out of internal training programs.
  • Assess gaps in current curriculum to evolve and improve training program, curriculum and content for existing and new products and programs in addition to updating and maintaining the training manual, materials, and knowledge base.
  • Determine needs that will drive Taskrabbit support to be consistently exceeding customer expectations. (Consult and collaborate with key stakeholder (surveys, interviews with employees, consultations with managers/stakeholders, consider OKRs, CSAT, any other data that tells the Taskrabbit story to prioritise material creation.)
  • Engage cross-functionally to ensure the team is prepared to support new programs and products from both a logistics and training standpoint.
  • Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors.

Your Areas of Expertise:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a contact centre/customer service environment.
  • One to Two years of classroom training and/or on the job training experience.
  • Experience developing materials and training modules focusing on dynamic training techniques.
  • Position requires strong acumen for efficient learning design, strong planning, and virtual facilitation.
  • The role requires strong planning, facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Must be self-directed and organised with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
  • Possess a high level of demonstrated accountability, drive and integrity.
  • Thrive in a feedback-rich environment and actively look for opportunities to improve the learning curve.
