- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Remote (eligible states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV)
- Note: employees within a 90-minute radius of Oak Brook HQ have limited in-office guidelines, but this does not apply to support specialist positions
What You’ll Do
- Execute transactions for futures and alternative investments (purchases and sales)
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and investment sponsors to complete transactions
- Guide clients through the investment process in alignment with IRS rules and regulations
- Respond to inquiries about how to invest and the status of in-progress transactions
- Assist with IRA requirements, IRS code considerations, prohibited transactions, and complex scenarios
- Serve as backup support for Real Estate Specialist duties as needed
- Support internal partners (including sales and client service teams) to resolve requests and inquiries
What You Need
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while handling client requests
- Strong organization and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions quickly, and maintain high customer service standards
- Ability to collaborate well with others
- IRA knowledge and alternative investment experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with investment transactions and/or cash movement processing (preferred)
