What You’ll Do
- Communicate with members professionally by phone, email, and chat to resolve delivery questions and concerns
- Troubleshoot pick-up and delivery issues directly with members and carriers
- Assign, monitor, and enforce transportation orders and delivery timelines
- Negotiate transport rates within approved guidelines
- Provide basic carrier payment support and assist with vendor onboarding/training
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in Copart systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed
What You Need
- Proven customer service experience (remote or call center preferred)
- Experience in the auto transport/dispatch industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology
- Professional demeanor with patience and empathy in client interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative remote team
Pay
- $24.60 – $27.53 per hour
