Would you like to work for a fast-growing company providing care and travel accommodations for clinical trial patients? Clincierge is recruiting for a Travel & Customer Service Coordinator to join its global team of Coordinators.
The Coordinator is the key point of contact for participant communications in the management of all participant travel, logistical details, and expense reimbursements for clinical trials. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team of Project Managers by participant tracking and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
Participates in discussions with clients, vendors and team members regarding trial participant requirements
Key contact for trial participants regarding ground transportation, air travel and hotel accommodations
Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants
Supports hospital or clinical staff relating to trial participant enrollments and visit schedules
Promptly responds to all inquiries of the trial participants and hospital/clinical staff
Works with internal team members to outline needs and requests of clients and trial participants
Contributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience; travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; general tech savviness
Bilingual preferred
