Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for claimants, initiating and guiding the claims process
- Independently process travel claims in alignment with policy guidelines
- Read, interpret, and apply benefit plans, regulations, and technical materials
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
- Meet quality and quantity performance standards for claims processing
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of plans and coverage criteria
- Exercise sound judgment while adhering to established procedures
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard confidential information
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills
