Travel Consultant
Part-Time (Virtual) Homebased in the US

In this role you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) for one of the worlds most advance pioneering companies. You will be working independently on requests, takes the initiative to help other team members and management as requested.
A snapshot of this opportunity
- Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
- Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
- Respond to requests accurately and completely
- Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
How you can set yourself apart
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems GDS Sabre
- Relevant experience booking international and domestic corporate travel
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
