Travel consultant (m|f|d) for exclusive private customers in Travel & Lifestyle Services!
To complement our team in Zurich , we are looking for a professional, motivated and committed travel consultant (80-100% – f/m/d) in the area of luxury lifestyle management, immediately or by appointment.
Your main tasks: You…
- advises our customers – premium cardholders – on the phone and email in German, English and French
- Process customer dossiers from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing, etc.
- make reservations with airlines, hotels and destination agencies
- Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, creation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
- you convey with a lot of passion
- Active sales of promotions and exclusive events
Requirements
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or equivalent, ideally in the field of tourism
- have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator or in a travel agency
- have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge is an advantage
- have good language skills in German, English and either French or Italian , both spoken and written
- a strong passion for everything to do with travel and the luxurious lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
- you are service-oriented, flexible and resilient
- have a positive charisma and identification with the Ten Group values
- have strong communication skills

- are available on a full-time basis with a minimum workload of 80%
