Position overview

CWTSatoTravel is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor I.

Position Description

  • Ability to process/issue complex domestic/international tickets to include exchanges, refunds, car/hotel invoicing preferred but willing to train.
  • Proficiency with fare calculations, pricing, processing tickets, refunds, exchanges, voids preferred but willing to train.
  • Capable of ensuring arrangements are accurate, resulting in correct documentation
  • Operates within detailed procedures under minimal supervision and able to prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adheres to CWT standards in delivering customer service including telephone/email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedures.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
  • Maintains regular attendance according to company guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • MUST be FLEXIBLE with shift assignment.
  • Shifts are 24/7 to include Saturday and Sunday.

This position has a virtual option as well.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Must be a fast learner and able to multitask in a fast paced stressful environment.
  • SABRE proficiency preferred but willing to train

Because this position is directly with our United States Federal Government client, the United Sates government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen. Authorization to work in the US is not sufficient for this position. Additionally, you will be subject to a company and government background investigation including a criminal history and credit record review.
