In this unique role, you’ll work directly with one of the world’s most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers’ personal guide.
What You’ll Do
- Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest
- Answer questions
- Plan reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (e.g., phone calls, chats, emails) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude.

Skills for Success

Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
- College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
