Schedule
- Full-time: 35–45 hours/week based on business needs
- Paid 6-week training: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM EST
- Post-training: Assigned schedule may include weekends, holidays, and varied hours (6 AM–2 AM EST depending on shift bid)
- Remote work with required reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted travel advisor, delivering tailored vacation recommendations
- Handle 1–2 inbound calls per hour, plus targeted outbound follow-ups
- Process new reservations and update existing bookings
- Maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM updates
- Engage in outreach campaigns to prospective customers
- Navigate multiple systems, chats, and email while engaging with clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What You Need
- 1+ year in a sales role with proven relationship-building skills
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Comfort making outbound follow-up calls
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Ability to work in a structured remote call center environment
- Private workspace separate from other World Travel Holdings remote employees
