What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the vendor intake process based on established policies and procedures
  • Maintain and track vendors in the vendor management system to ensure all required documents and data stay current
  • Request, review, verify, and monitor vendor documentation (contracts, licenses, insurance, and other requirements)
  • Initiate vendor outreach and maintain strong working relationships while providing excellent service
  • Onboard new vendors and confirm they meet requirements before approval and engagement
  • Own accuracy and completeness within the vendor management system of record
  • Coordinate document approval and execution via DocuSign with management
  • Provide consultation and guidance to management on vendor management best practices
  • Support other projects and duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Ability to solve complex, non-standard problems involving multiple variables
  • Intermediate math skills (percentages, ratios, interest, balancing accounts, and interpreting bar graphs)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
