Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must be based in Texas)
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility during peak periods
Responsibilities
- Process Social Security traces, assign counties per client instructions, and verify data accuracy
- Enter required county, district, and jurisdiction information from client requests into the system
- Monitor turnaround times and flag delays to team leads
- Follow up with vendors on searches pending over 72 hours and relay updates internally
- Escalate inconsistencies or incomplete results to the operations team
- Provide occasional cross-functional support, including phone coverage and verification assistance during high-volume periods
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in criminal background screening, data entry, administrative operations, or B2B customer service
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as the FCRA and experience handling confidential information
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Accurate typing speed of at least 45 WPM; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and office tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
