Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role (US-based)
- Owns each new customer account for the first 30 days
- Some flexibility required for customer scheduling and onboarding sessions
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, best-in-class training to veterinary and medical practice customers
- Prepare and lead calls to ensure smooth implementation and usage of Cherry’s platform
- Share success stories and practical strategies to build momentum and customer excitement
- Introduce and optimize Cherry’s marketing and placement with new merchant partners
- Provide customers with materials and best practices to maximize platform usage and revenue growth
- Leverage software tools to deliver efficient and meaningful onboarding experiences
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes
- Maximize customer adoption and platform usage during the first 30 days
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, or account management)
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using various software platforms
- Adaptable problem solver with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on the fly
- Bonus: experience in sales, customer success, or SaaS/FinTech onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
- $87,000 base salary + $33,000 uncapped OTE commission
