Schedule
- Regular full-time, Remote (U.S.)
- Primary shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
- One weekend day required; core villa sales hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM ET; Sat/Sun 9 AM–6 PM ET (subject to change)
- Must reside in the U.S. (not hiring in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, PA)
- Home office: dedicated, distraction-free space + high-speed internet (min 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download)
What You’ll Do
- Handle company-provided villa leads with polished, concierge-level service
- Qualify needs and recommend full-experience itineraries (destinations, services, protection)
- Confirm availability with suppliers, manage holds, and invoice once booked
- Explain terms/conditions and strongly recommend trip protection throughout quoting/booking
- Enter accurate reservations; send invoices, contracts, and documents promptly
- Execute a “Guest First” philosophy from first contact to post-stay follow-up
- Drive repeat and referral business via proactive outbound touchpoints
- Collaborate with supervisors/Customer Service on escalations and attend team trainings
What You Need
- 2+ years in hospitality, timeshare, or travel sales
- Proven success with affluent clientele and consultative selling
- Destination fluency: France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, Caribbean
- Personable, professional phone etiquette; clear written communication
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and coachable with continuous-learning mindset
- Proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Compliant home-office setup (see Schedule requirements)
