Schedule
- Remote, full-time (US only)
- Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- One weekend day required; core villa sales hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM EST, Sat/Sun 9 AM–6 PM EST (subject to change)
What You’ll Do
- Handle company-supplied villa leads with enthusiasm and close bookings
- Identify customer needs and recommend full vacation experiences (destinations, services, trip protection)
- Coordinate with villa suppliers to confirm availability, manage holds, and invoice customers
- Enter reservations accurately, send contracts and documents promptly
- Build long-term relationships through outbound follow-ups and a “Guest First” approach
- Meet quality and sales performance goals; collaborate via the division’s Buddy System and team trainings
What You Need
- 2+ years in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel
- Experience with affluent clientele and luxury destinations (France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, Caribbean)
- Strong sales drive, relationship skills, and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with internet tools and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Home office: quiet, dedicated workspace + high-speed internet (min. 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download)
- Must reside in the United States; not hiring in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, or PA
- Able to work a flexible full-time schedule (40 hrs/wk)
