What You’ll Do
• Edit and create engaging videos and graphics for social media posts and ads
• Design visual content aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Manage and post ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Monitor ad performance and provide reports and optimization insights
Additional / Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Maintain the client’s calendar and to-do lists
• Manage and organize personal and business expenses
• Research industry trade shows and events for 2024–2025
• Build and maintain a CRM system for efficient data management
• Coordinate and manage relationships with service providers
• Conduct competitive industry research and provide insights
• Manage social media accounts as needed
• Support lead generation strategies tied to business goals
What You Need
• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Understanding of tax planning principles
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data work
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Remote work experience is a plus
