Schedule

  • Remote, U.S.-based role
  • 20–40 hours per week
  • U.S. business hours

What You’ll Do

  • Organize files and manage digital documents
  • Handle data entry, meeting minutes, payroll prep, and research notes
  • Conduct product research and manage purchases or samples
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns with CRM updates
  • Process invoices, track payments, and record expenses
  • Prepare industry research and reports for comparative analysis
  • Coordinate calendars, book travel, and schedule meetings
  • Answer calls, manage emails, and follow up on correspondence
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support

What You Need

  • 6 months–1 year of Virtual Assistant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, cloud services, and online calendars
  • Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
  • Reliable equipment: USB headset, webcam, computer (1.8GHz+, 4GB+ RAM)
  • Internet: 25 Mbps primary connection + 10 Mbps backup
