Schedule

What You’ll Do

Orthodontic Insurance Management

  • Verify orthodontic insurance benefits accurately and promptly
  • Submit and monitor insurance claims to ensure timely payment
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies
  • Record insurance payments and reconcile ledgers

Patient Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to patient calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and send reminders
  • Provide updates and maintain clear communication with the in-office team
  • Handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality and discretion

Remote Aligner Monitoring

  • Review photos submitted by aligner patients through tools like DentalMonitoring
  • Flag treatment issues and coordinate with clinical staff
  • Track compliance and send follow-up messages when needed
  • Maintain patient progress records

Marketing & Digital Support

  • Manage and update the Google Business Profile with posts, reviews, and key info
  • Assist with social media scheduling and engagement on Instagram and Facebook
  • Make light updates to the practice website using WordPress or similar CMS tools
  • Monitor and respond to online messages, reviews, and comments

What You Bring

  • Experience in orthodontic or dental insurance processing (required)
  • Familiarity with aligner treatment and digital tracking platforms (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organization, reliability, and multitasking skills
  • Positive, empathetic attitude with a focus on patient care

  • Internet: Primary 15 Mbps / Backup 10 Mbps
  • Computer: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum
  • Backup device: Intel Core i3 or better, functional during power outages
