What You’ll Do
Orthodontic Insurance Management
- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits accurately and promptly
- Submit and monitor insurance claims to ensure timely payment
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies
- Record insurance payments and reconcile ledgers
Patient Communication & Coordination
- Respond to patient calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and send reminders
- Provide updates and maintain clear communication with the in-office team
- Handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality and discretion
Remote Aligner Monitoring
- Review photos submitted by aligner patients through tools like DentalMonitoring
- Flag treatment issues and coordinate with clinical staff
- Track compliance and send follow-up messages when needed
- Maintain patient progress records
Marketing & Digital Support
- Manage and update the Google Business Profile with posts, reviews, and key info
- Assist with social media scheduling and engagement on Instagram and Facebook
- Make light updates to the practice website using WordPress or similar CMS tools
- Monitor and respond to online messages, reviews, and comments
What You Bring
- Experience in orthodontic or dental insurance processing (required)
- Familiarity with aligner treatment and digital tracking platforms (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organization, reliability, and multitasking skills
- Positive, empathetic attitude with a focus on patient care

- Internet: Primary 15 Mbps / Backup 10 Mbps
- Computer: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum
