Full-time, remote
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
What You’ll Do
• Join meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups/action items
• Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings
• Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development
• Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs
• Maintain contact lists, trackers, and ongoing updates
• Support admin needs including signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting
• Assist with proposals (graphics, drafting, formatting)
• Provide ad hoc support and special project assistance as needed
What You Need
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environment
• Strong organizational, research, and administrative skills
• Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• High emotional intelligence, maturity, and strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable asking for clarity on deadlines, priorities, and expectations when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)
