Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be available for 8-hour shifts in EST or PST time zones (with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Flexible work-from-home setup with required backup systems
What You’ll Do
- Support members by managing appointments, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records
- Oversee workflows, ensuring automated processes and systems sync correctly
- Provide first-response chat support for member inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Audit lab bills, coordinate with clinical partners, and update SOPs as needed
- Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Track and analyze member experience metrics to identify improvements
- Document and escalate operational or technical challenges when necessary
What You Need
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with productivity tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and chat platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for support and workflow efficiency
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
