Schedule
- Full-time, remote position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm EST (8-hour shifts).
- Must reside in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, accurately recording account details.
- Assist with account resolution by providing information, offering solutions, and arranging payments.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Use multiple computer programs while meeting individual performance metrics.
What You Need
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or healthcare support preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Quiet and private home office.
- High-speed wired internet connection (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum). Wi-Fi and hotspots not supported.
- Must meet all technical requirements before training begins.
