Schedule
Remote, full-time (some roles may be part-time)
Shifts may include day, evening, or night
Weekend availability is expected
Pay starts at $12 per hour from day one of training (state-based adjustments may apply)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle customer inquiries and follow up on client cases to ensure resolution
⦁ Provide clear, professional support while keeping customers informed and supported
⦁ Document interactions accurately and maintain complete case notes
⦁ Navigate multiple systems while staying focused and accurate on each case
⦁ Meet productivity and quality expectations in a remote environment
What You Need
⦁ Residence in an eligible hiring state (company restricts hiring by state)
⦁ A computer with a valid, native copy of Windows 11
⦁ USB headset and a webcam
⦁ At least one 15-inch or larger monitor
⦁ Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)
⦁ Ability to type 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
⦁ Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive computer-based work
⦁ Quiet, distraction-free workspace
⦁ Flexibility to work day or night shifts (with or without preference)
