Schedule
- Full-time, remote position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
- Must reside in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
What You’ll Do
- Work with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or non-payments.
- Prepare and submit documentation to support claim resolution.
- Follow up until payment is secured or all recourse is exhausted.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with company policies.
What You Need
- At least 2 years of experience with hospital (provider side) insurance billing, follow-up, and collections.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and claims processes.
- PC/Windows proficiency, including Word and Excel.
- A private, quiet home office with high-speed wired internet (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum).
- Ability to meet all technical requirements before the first day of training.
