About the Role:
The remote Warranty Processing Specialist is responsible for filing warranty submission packets to manufacturers on behalf of dealer clients to increase the dealer’s warranty parts and labor reimbursement rates. This is a measured position with weekly and monthly required quotas.
Qualified Candidates Need:
- 2+ years auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry experience
- Ability to learn new software applications and be comfortable working on diverse types of computer programs, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong analytical skills and pattern recognition skills
- Ability to perform duties with goal-oriented work methodology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Adhere to stringent timelines
- Strong customer service, professional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, and be well organized
- Strong knowledge of Google tools preferred
