Viking Cruises is hiring Web Chat Sales Consultants to help guests book once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. This fully remote role gives you the chance to connect with customers through inbound web chats, build lasting relationships, and close sales while earning a highly competitive base + commission.

  • Full-time, fully remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound sales chats, identify customer needs, recommend options, and close sales
  • Follow up with outbound calls to overcome objections and secure bookings
  • Build lasting guest relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain exceptional written communication standards (grammar, spelling, tone)
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of world geography to support trip planning

What You Need

  • 1+ years of live web chat experience
  • 2+ years of phone-based or similar sales experience with proven success closing on the first call
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monetary sales KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High-end client relationship-building experience
  • Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Distraction-free home office with high-speed, wired internet (25 Mbps minimum) and dual/triple monitors

  • Competitive compensation plan: $44,000–$113,000 annual potential (base + commission)
  • Historic commission averages: $15,000–$75,000 annually
