You have an eye for design and a meticulous attention to detail. You’re passionate about working with clients to develop a creative vision, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it a reality. You’re hyper-organized and an expert multi-tasker.
You will work directly with clients to design and build their website on our proprietary CMS platform. You will help them develop their digital strategy to ensure they get the most out of our product. Through conversations with customers, you will uncover powerful product insights that you will share with our team to make our products even better. We can’t stress enough the importance of this task. You will be directly working with small, independent businesses – helping them build their first point of contact with their customers. Our revolutionary tech will not only help them establish a leading digital presence, but also arm them with the most advanced sales tools in the industry!

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to help them create sophisticated websites through our CMS platform
- Become a go-to resource for your customers & dedicated accounts, making tailored recommendations to help them unlock their full digital potential
- Help guide our product roadmap based on insights uncovered during conversations
- Create processes that improve efficiencies across our web team, both internally and externally
- Help drive new business through creating custom demos for key accounts
- Make your mark by joining a nascent department with tremendous growth opportunities
Requirements
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Be customer service oriented – going above and beyond to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Be patient and customer focused – working with customers who may not be as technical as you
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Able to quickly adapt to new processes, and have a constant willingness to improve processes and strategies
- Bonus if you have design experience (Photoshop, Figma) and/or experience building websites on 3rd party platforms (Wix, Square Space, etc)
