Schedule

  • Full-time role
  • Remote eligible nationwide (Phoenix, AZ base office)
  • Standard weekday schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct inbound and outbound “welcome calls” to new clients, ensuring they understand the debt settlement program.
  • Resell the benefits of enrollment to build trust and confidence in the program.
  • Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Document call outcomes and client interactions according to established procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Make necessary adjustments to client programs as needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of program services, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role (financial services preferred).
  • Phone-based support or sales experience highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
