What You’ll Do
- Conduct inbound and outbound “welcome calls” to new clients, ensuring they understand the debt settlement program.
- Resell the benefits of enrollment to build trust and confidence in the program.
- Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Document call outcomes and client interactions according to established procedures.
- Identify and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Make necessary adjustments to client programs as needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of program services, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role (financial services preferred).
- Phone-based support or sales experience highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and self-motivated.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
