TruBridge is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. This full-time remote position focuses on claim resolution for Acute and Ambulatory care services. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and familiar with denial management and payer communication, this role gives you the opportunity to drive meaningful financial results from anywhere.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct pre-call analysis using IVR/web portals and follow up with payers
• Document interactions in client systems with clear audit trails
• Interpret EOBs, review clinical documentation, and resolve denials
• Analyze A/R data to identify underpayments and top denial reasons
• Submit claims and manage the appeals process for denied claims
• Convert denied claims into payments through investigation and follow-up
• Meet productivity, quality, and audit targets consistently
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate claim processing
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years experience in A/R follow-up and denial management for U.S. healthcare
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, HCPC coding
• Experience with Acute care and Ambulatory billing workflows
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts and independently

• Familiar with billing systems like NextGen, eCW, CareCloud, Docutap
• Familiarity with clearinghouses like Waystar, Availity, Realmed, Change Healthcare
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and related software
