• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Hours: 3 PM – 10 PM EST (30 hours/week)
• Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

📋 What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls for various client campaigns using auto-dialer and call scripts
• Upsell services and set appointments with potential customers
• Capture data and enter customer information accurately
• Document all interactions with clarity and integrity
• Maintain working knowledge of campaign-specific products and promotions
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• REQUIRED: 1+ year of actual call center experience using auto-dialer and scripts
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Professional tone and high-level people skills
• Dependable attendance and time management
• Sales or appointment setting experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills
• Experience in outbound call environments
💻 Work-From-Home Setup Required
• PC/laptop running Windows 10 or higher (no Macs/Chromebooks/tablets)
• Hardwired internet connection via Ethernet (no WiFi/satellite)
• USB headset with microphone
• Webcam (required for meetings and verification)
