🧾 About the Role
Endurance Warranty Services is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Invoice Processor to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll review and process invoices from repair facilities across the country, ensure contract terms are applied accurately, and support both internal and external inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and verify invoices, issuing timely payments to repair facilities, vendors, and contract holders
• Analyze contract coverage and claims system data to apply proper benefit amounts
• Answer inbound inquiries with clear explanations of contract terms and payment status
• Maintain accurate workflow and process documentation according to established procedures
• Collaborate with the Claims Adjudication team to distribute key internal updates
• Ensure camera usage during training, team meetings, and 1:1 check-ins for active participation
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Accurate data entry skills (40+ WPM) with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasking, organization, and confidentiality handling skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn internal systems
• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to explain technical contract language clearly
