As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front line for our members—helping them understand their benefits, navigate complex healthcare systems, and access the best care at the lowest cost. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.

• Pay: $22/hr + $0.50/hr bilingual bonus for English/Spanish speakers
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM PT
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide top-tier member support via phone, chat, and email
• Educate members on their healthcare benefits and how to maximize their Garner benefit
• Guide members toward the highest-quality care options available to them
• Handle complex or sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• De-escalate challenging calls while maintaining a positive experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-departmental issues
• Identify and escalate member feedback to improve processes
• Maintain strict HIPAA and data security compliance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable problem solver
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Passion for improving the healthcare experience
• Proficiency with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
