🧾 About the Role
Booksy is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support our growing U.S. customer base. In this role, you’ll help small business owners thrive by providing world-class support through phone and email. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that ensures every interaction leaves our customers feeling confident, heard, and supported.
✅ Position Highlights
• $40,000 – $46,400 annually (hourly pay structure)
• Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday CT hours: 8:30am–5:00pm)
• 100% Remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve inquiries for U.S.-based business users
• Educate users on the app, offer technical support, and troubleshoot common issues
• Track and document customer interactions through CRM
• Escalate bugs or concerns to the appropriate team
• Continuously build product knowledge and refine support skills
• Maintain a professional, empathetic approach in every customer interaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 2+ years in customer service or tech support (SaaS preferred)
• Solid experience with Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and GSuite
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Cool under pressure, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable working in a scale-up environment
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must be based in the U.S. and available during Central Time business hours
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively
