📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to high-volume inquiries via phone, email, chat, Zoom
• Troubleshoot issues with empathy, speed, and clarity
• Onboard clients to events, programs, and digital tools
• Handle escalations with professionalism and ownership
• Document all activity in Salesforce, Zendesk, and internal systems
• Partner with internal teams for seamless client handoffs
• Represent the RRI brand with passion, care, and excellence
• Provide support during some evening/weekend events
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–5+ years in customer service, hospitality, or high-touch support
• Strong communication, tech-savviness, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, or similar tools
• Experience with personal development (Tony Robbins or similar) a big plus

• U.S. residency required
• Reliable internet and professional home setup
