ElevenLabs is looking for a high-energy, impact-driven Customer Success professional to manage a fast-growing portfolio of 100+ scale accounts across the U.S. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to ensure value, adoption, and expansion—while shaping the future of AI-powered voice technology. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a scaled book of ~100 SaaS customer accounts
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention with repeatable playbooks
• Own upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across your assigned clients
• Monitor account health, usage metrics, and engagement trends
• Build and refine scalable self-serve resources and support workflows
• Partner with internal teams on feedback loops and product-driven strategy
• Track Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and client satisfaction metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong ability to manage and scale relationships across multiple accounts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Client-focused with a knack for building trust and long-term partnerships
