CareCentrix is hiring remote Healthcare Customer Service Experts to serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers requesting home healthcare services. In this high-volume, fast-paced role, you’ll handle inbound calls, guide service requests, and support those navigating their care journey. • $17.50/hour + monthly bonus incentives
• Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
• 5-week paid training + nesting period
• Shift after training: Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
• Start date: Monday, September 8, 2025


📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage 60–65 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and referral sources
• Submit service requests for durable medical equipment and home healthcare
• Check on existing service requests and resolve status inquiries
• Use multiple apps and dual monitors to process requests accurately
• Meet performance targets in call handling, quality, and attendance
• Uphold HIPAA/PHI standards and CareCentrix policies
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative virtual team culture


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience (1+ in a healthcare setting)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Strong multitasking and data entry skills (30+ WPM typing speed)
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
• Must pass SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment
