📋 What You’ll Own
• Educate callers on healthcare plans, pricing, and access
• Explain features and benefits with confidence and clarity
• Guide callers through enrollment decisions with empathy
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient safety standards
• Navigate multiple software platforms while on calls
• Stay up-to-date on service changes and healthcare trends
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of contact center or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and typing (35 WPM, 90% accuracy)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain empathetic under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt to change
• Previous healthcare experience and HIPAA familiarity preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside within 60 miles of Brownsville, TX
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Comfortable working with multiple tech platforms simultaneously
• Equipment pickup may be required (no travel otherwise)
