🧾 About the Role
Moog Medical Devices Group, a leader in life-saving enteral feeding and infusion pump systems, is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this fully remote role (based in Salt Lake City, UT), you’ll support patients and healthcare providers while ensuring seamless service across orders, repairs, and inquiries.

• $19.00–$21.00/hour
• Full-Time, Fully Remote (Salt Lake City, UT area preferred for occasional on-site support)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process orders and repair requests via phone, fax, or email
• Enter and manage data in ERP/order systems
• Handle returns, replacements, and shipping coordination
• Address customer issues, escalate urgent concerns, and troubleshoot where possible
• Provide internal support across customer service and sales teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Medical device industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical and data entry skills (ERP, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable home internet and workspace
• Ability to attend in-person training and occasional on-site support in Salt Lake City
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment
