Clipboard Health is looking for a detail-driven Onboarding Documents Associate to join our remote operations team in the Asia-Pacific region. In this critical role, you’ll review and verify documents submitted by healthcare professionals—playing a vital part in speeding up onboarding and maintaining platform quality. Your work directly impacts professionals getting to work faster and facilities filling shifts more efficiently.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and validate professional onboarding documents for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor submission queues, manage document expirations, and resolve backlogs
• Execute daily workflows including mapping, status updates, and ticket resolution
• Proactively flag documentation issues and suggest improvements to internal processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve document-related questions
• Communicate effectively via Slack, task management platforms, and internal tools
• Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy, and throughput
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in document verification, credentialing, compliance, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare credentials (licenses, certs, immunization docs)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies
• Confident, fast decision-making—even in gray areas
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in remote-first, high-output environments
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets, Zendesk, and task platforms
• Bonus: QA experience is a plus
