Clipboard Health is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Documents Associate based in the Philippines to help support our growing operations team. In this fully remote role, you’ll review critical healthcare documentation and ensure professionals can onboard quickly and safely to fill shifts across the U.S. Your eye for accuracy and speed will make a direct impact on healthcare access nationwide.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Validate credentials and documentation from healthcare professionals
• Review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
• Manage document queues, expirations, and backlogs
• Execute daily tasks including document updates, mapping, and ticket resolution
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve document-related inquiries
• Stay up to date with evolving onboarding and compliance guidelines
• Consistently meet individual and team performance goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in document verification, credentialing, compliance, or admin support
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation is strongly preferred
• Detail-focused with the ability to spot inconsistencies and act quickly
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced work environment
• Experience using Slack, Google Sheets, Zendesk, and other task tools
• Bonus: Background in Quality Assurance (QA) is a plus
