🧾 About the Role
Clipboard Health is hiring a focused, empathetic Onboarding Support Specialist to help U.S.-based healthcare professionals navigate our credentialing and compliance process. Based in Asia or the broader APAC region, you’ll guide candidates through document validation and onboarding so they can get to work—faster, safer, and fully supported.
You’ll communicate via phone, chat, and email while working cross-functionally with our internal team. Your attention to detail and calm under pressure will ensure professionals submit the right documentation and understand the “why” behind it—all while helping us maintain trust at scale.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide healthcare professionals via chat, email, and phone through the onboarding process
• Help them troubleshoot missing, expired, or incomplete documents
• Verify submissions using clearly defined SOPs and compliance checklists
• Escalate high-risk or potentially fraudulent submissions
• Maintain clean ticket records and document your actions thoroughly
• Flag recurring issues and trends to internal teams
• Work with QA, SMEs, and Training to constantly improve process flow
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Background in compliance, credentialing, trust & safety, or high-volume customer support
• Strong eye for detail and process adherence
• Confident decision-making skills—even in ambiguity
• Clear communicator who can break down complex or sensitive steps calmly and clearly
• Strong ownership, reliability, and organization
• Comfortable in remote, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, and ticketing/task tools
• Open to feedback and committed to growth
