• Answer onboarding questions via email, chat, and phone with clarity and compassion
• Guide healthcare professionals through credential submissions and fix errors in real time
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, expiration, and compliance
• Spot and flag issues—anything from missing info to suspicious patterns
• Follow SOP checklists closely to ensure consistent validation
• Document notes clearly, escalate concerns, and keep ticket records audit-ready
• Work with SMEs, QA, and Training to flag trends and fix broken workflows

• Experience in document validation, compliance ops, credentialing, or high-volume customer support
• Strong attention to detail—you don’t just skim, you analyze
• Confident and calm under pressure—you can decide fast and explain clearly
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially for sensitive or confusing topics
• Reliable and organized—you own your work and your queue
• Thrive in a remote team, but still stay connected and communicative
• Comfortable using Slack, Google Sheets, ticketing tools, and workflow apps
• Open to feedback and always looking to improve
