TaskUs is seeking Customer Experience Representatives for a seasonal remote role supporting fast-growing tech clients. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Learn and support e-commerce products and software tools
• Handle escalations, customer reviews, exceptions, and reporting
• Suggest customer experience improvements and advocate for the client
• Stay organized, solution-focused, and proactive in every interaction


Must-Have Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service (e-commerce or technical support preferred)
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with top-tier organizational habits
• Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally and empathetically
• High school diploma or GED required


Preferred but Not Required
• Startup or e-commerce experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history


🕐 Schedule & Tech Requirements
• Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM CST (Schedules vary within this range)
• Must live within 60 miles of Brownsville or New Braunfels, TX
• Internet and tech setup must meet remote work standards
• No travel required (except equipment pickup, if needed)
