🧾 Overview
CrewBloom is looking for a motivated Outbound Cold Caller and Emailer to join our client’s team on a part-time basis. If you’re persuasive, organized, and love building initial connections, this role gives you a front-row seat in helping drive sales momentum—without ever stepping into an office.
📌 What You’ll Do
• Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts
• Send follow-up messages using prewritten email templates
• Schedule phone appointments between prospects and sales reps
• Enter call activity and progress into the HubSpot CRM
• Track each lead’s journey through the CRM stages
• Hit a minimum of 50 calls or contacts daily
🎯 What You Bring
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Ability to follow structured scripts and email templates
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Self-driven and motivated by daily targets
• Previous cold calling or lead generation experience is a bonus—but not required
💻 Remote Work Requirements
• Internet:
– Primary connection with 15 Mbps or more
– Backup with at least 10 Mbps (must function during outages)
• Devices:
– Primary: Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (8th gen+) or Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM
– Backup: Intel i3 or better, capable during power outages
• Workspace:
– Webcam
– Noise-canceling USB headset
– Quiet, dedicated home office
– Smartphone for verification and communication
