We’re hiring an SEO Outreach Specialist to help us secure high-authority backlinks and maintain editorial partnerships that support client growth. You’ll join a collaborative, fully remote outreach team where creativity, autonomy, and execution drive results.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and evaluate high-authority domains for quality backlink opportunities
- Initiate and manage outreach to editors, publishers, and content teams
- Curate guest post topics and collaborate with the content team on execution
- Track, deliver, and report on backlinks across clients and internal properties
- Align backlink strategy with evolving client needs and SEO goals
- Manage inputs and outputs using ClickUp, Notion, and CRM tools
- Collaborate with content strategists and SEO leads on ongoing campaigns
🎯 Who You Are
- 2–3 years of SEO, link building, or outreach experience (agency/SaaS preferred)
- Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Clearscope, ClickUp, Notion, Loom
- High bar for ethical, white-hat SEO practices
- Great communicator (verbal + written) and confident on client calls
- Strong attention to detail — you notice misplaced anchor text and off-brand links
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and results-focused
- Friendly, humble, collaborative — no egos, just great work
- Comfortable with remote, async work, and working across time zones
