🧾 About the Role
Doubledot Media is a New Zealand-based company on a mission to help everyday people launch online businesses. With a global remote team and headquarters in Christchurch, we’re searching for a conversion-driven copywriter who can turn browsers into buyers and casual visitors into die-hard fans.

You’ll be the linchpin in optimizing our sales funnels, designing split tests, running user research, and—most importantly—crafting persuasive, clear copy that delivers results.


What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Creating conversion strategies for key products and sites (with CEO support)
• Optimizing traffic-to-lead and traffic-to-sale conversions
• Running user analysis and shaping funnel strategy
• Writing and designing high-impact copy for homepages, landing pages, checkout flows, etc.
• Executing multivariate and A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Monitoring analytics to uncover trends and track improvements
• Identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization across our platforms


🎯 What You’ll Need to Bring
• Excellent written English with a friendly, clear tone
• Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
• Analytical mindset—you love data and know how to act on it
• Experience using CRO tools and platforms
• A sharp editorial eye—flawless spelling, grammar, and layout instincts
• Self-motivation and strong time management (this can be fully remote)
• Willingness to rethink and rewrite what’s not working
• Bonus: background in journalism, digital marketing, UX writing, or copywriting
